Directions for visitors travelling by public transport: Take the U4 underground line from the main railway station. Then use the City entrance.

The main entrance is the North Gate of Messe Frankfurt.

All motor vehicles must enter via the North Gate and the check-in there.

 

Pedestrians: We have opened a special entrance for exhibitors so that they can reach Hall 3.1 more quickly. This is located at Gate East, Brüsseler Str. (see map)

As an exhibitor, you can park in the “Agora” area in front of the hall.

You can book the parking ticket for this in the exhibitor store (price: € 36.97/net).

The parking ticket entitles the holder to park on the exhibition grounds on all days of the event and is only valid for cars with a gross vehicle weight of up to 2.5 tons.

The deadline for ordering parking tickets is 4 weeks before the start of the event.

Parking levels P4.3 and P4.4 in Hall 4 are available for participants.

There is a total of 900 parking spaces available.

The parking fee per day/car is 22.00 euros and must be paid in cash on site.

  • Access to the exhibition grounds during the set-up and dismantling periods is only possible via the Check-In at the North Gate of Messe Frankfurt.
  • You will receive your access authorisation for the exhibition grounds at the check-in.
  • Without prior registration, there may be waiting times.

 

Vehicles registered in advance can be processed more quickly.

 

We ask all exhibitors, stand construction companies and freight forwarders to register online in advance.

Special regulation for dismantling on 03.04.2025:

No entry permit/registration is required for dismantling on 3 April.

You can enter here at the North Gate from 4.00 pm.

Please apply for booth approval from Messe Frankfurt by 14 February 2025 at the latest.

Please also note the point “Fire protection and safety. These are hazards that must also be submitted for booths that do not require approval.

You have the option of ordering printing on your back or side walls in the Messe Frankfurt Exhibitor Shop, or you can order printing on counters, for example.

Your presentation will be included in the trade fair program. Your presentation should last 25 minutes and allow for questions from participants.

The seminars will take place on the Open Space East and West stages.
