It is imperative that you observe ALL the points listed below on the subject of stand approval!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1) Stand clearance BRKO:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The height of the partition walls is 2.5 meters. Taller stand structures (with the exception of a stand screen booked in the store) must be registered with us and will only be approved with the consent of the neighboring booth.<\/p>\n

2) Stand approval Messe Frankfurt:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Is your stand at Messe Frankfurt subject to approval?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not subject to approval:<\/u><\/p>\n

For booth constructions<\/p>\n

– which are not special constructions<\/p>\n

– with a floor area of less than 100 m\u00b2<\/p>\n

– a construction height of no more than 4.00 m<\/p>\n

no submission of planning documents is required.<\/p>\n

Subject to approval:<\/u><\/p>\n

Exhibition booths with a floor area of more than 100 m\u00b2, exhibition boothes in the outdoor area, temporary structures, mobile stands, special structures and special constructions are subject to approval, acceptance and costs. Any resulting costs will be charged to the exhibitor\/booth constructor.<\/p>\n

Special constructions include, among others:<\/p>\n

– Booth structures and exhibits over 4 m high<\/p>\n

– closed ceilings<\/p>\n

– platforms and stages higher than 0.20 m<\/p>\n

– glass constructions<\/p>\n

– moving components<\/p>\n

– Ceiling-floor connection<\/p>\n

Vehicles and containers<\/span> are subject to approval as exhibition booths in the halls and in the outdoor area.<\/p>\n

Please apply for booth approval from Messe Frankfurt by 09.02.2026 at the latest: <\/strong>www.messefrankfurt.com\/standgenehmigung<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

If you are unsure about booth approval from Messe Frankfurt, please upload your plans at www.messefrankfurt.com\/standgenehmigung<\/a> and Messe Frankfurt will check them for you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3) Fire protection and safety<\/strong><\/p>\n

Even if this does not directly affect booth construction, the following procedures are also subject to mandatory approval by Messe Frankfurt:<\/p>\n

Drone flights
\nVehicles to be exhibited
\nFog machines
\nLasers
\nPressurized gas containers
\nPyrotechnics \/ fire<\/p>\n
