We leave the organization on your booth up to you: Perhaps you are planning a raffle, a drink, or you have special offers for the trade fair right now – you are completely free to do so.

All participating exhibitors will be named in the trade fair app with their booth no and motto.
Confirmation by March 20, 2025 at the latest
Our aim with this campaign is to prevent visitors from leaving early. We want fiberdays 25 to remain an all-round successful and attractive trade fair until the end of the fair.
The trade fair runs until 4:00 pm and we want to make full use of this time together.
It is therefore important to show consideration for other exhibitors and visitors. We would like to point out that early booth dismantling or even cleaning up and disposing of exhibition documents is not permitted before 4:00 pm. All exhibitors are jointly responsible for organizing a complete and successful exhibition by the end of the trade fair. We reserve the right to charge a fee of € 1,000.00 for non-compliance.
