Exclusive parking for exhibitors only (booking subject to availability)
As an exhibitor, you can park in the ‘Agora’ area in front of the hall.
You can book your parking ticket for this area in the exhibitor shop (price: € 38,65/netto).
The parking ticket entitles you to park on the exhibition grounds on all days of the event and is only valid for cars with a maximum permissible weight of 2.5 tonnes.

1) Standfreigabe BREKO:
Die Höhe der Stellwände beträgt 2,5 Meter. Vgl. auch Messe- und Ausstellungsbedingungen.
Höhere Standbauten (mit Ausnahme der im Shop gebuchten Stand-Blende) sind bei uns genehmigungspflichtig und werden nur mit Einverständnis des Nachbarstandes freigegeben. Bei Standbauten über 2,5 m ist dann zwingend ein neutraler, glatter Hintergrund zum Nachbarstand vorzusehen.
Bitte wenden Sie sich hierzu an team@fiberdays.de um die Details zu klären und die Freigabe zu beantragen.
Bei Zuwiderhandlung, sprich einem höheren Standbau ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung, werden wir Ihnen alle entstehenden Kosten im Zuge einer Messebaulichen-Anpassung zu unserer Akzeptanz, in Rechnung stellen. Für die notwendigen Anpassungen werden wir den Messebauer Fairconstruction der Messe Frankfurt beauftragen.
Bei Ständen über 4 m Höhe ist zusätzlich eine Genehmigung der Statik über die Messe Frankfurt zu beantragen.
2) Standfreigabe Messe Frankfurt:
Ist ihr Stand bei der Messe Frankfurt genehmigungspflichtig?
Nicht freigabepflichtig:
Für Standbauten
– die nicht zu Sonderkonstruktionen zählen
– mit einer Grundfläche kleiner als 100 m²
– einer Bauhöhe von nicht mehr als 4,00 m
ist keine Einreichung von Planunterlagen erforderlich.
Freigabepflichtig:
Messestände mit einer Grundfläche größer als 100 m², Messestände im Freigelände, Fliegende Bauten, mobile Stände, Sonderaufbauten und Sonderkonstruktionen sind freigabe-, abnahme- und kostenpflichtig. Daraus entstehende Kosten werden dem Aussteller/Standbauer in Rechnung gestellt.
Zu Sonderkonstruktionen zählen u.a.:
– Standaufbauten und Exponate über 4 m Höhe
– geschlossene Decken
– Podeste und Bühnen höher als 0,20 m
– Glaskonstruktionen
– bewegte Bauteile
– Decken-Boden-Verbindung
Fahrzeuge und Container sind als Ausstellungsstände in den Hallen und im Freigelände freigabepflichtig.
Die Standfreigabe beantragen Sie bitte bis spätestens 09.02.2026 bei der Messe Frankfurt: www.messefrankfurt.com/standgenehmigung

3) Brandschutz und Sicherheit
Auch wenn dies nicht direkt den Standbau betrifft, so sind auch folgende Vorgänge zwingend bei der Messe Frankfurt gehemigungspflichtig:
- Drohnenflüge
- KFZ die ausgestellt werden sollen
- Nebelmaschinen
- Laser
- Druckgasbehälter
- Pyrotechnik / Feuer

Please note ALL of the points listed below regarding stand approval!
1) Stand approval BREKO:
The height of the partition walls is 2.5 meters.
Higher stand structures (with the exception of a booth screen booked in the shop) require our approval and will only be approved with the consent of the neighboring stand. See also the trade fair and exhibition conditions. For stand constructions higher than 2.5 meters, a neutral, smooth background facing the neighboring stand must be provided.
Please contact team@fiberdays.de to clarify the details and obtain approval.
In the event of non-compliance, i.e. a higher stand construction without permission, we will charge you for all costs incurred in the course of making adjustments to the stand to our satisfaction. We will commission Messe Frankfurt’s stand construction company Fairconstruction to carry out the necessary adjustments.
For stands higher than 4 meters, additional approval of the structural analysis must be requested from Messe Frankfurt.
2) Stand approval by Messe Frankfurt:
Does your stand require approval from Messe Frankfurt?
Not subject to approval:
For stand constructions
– that are not considered special constructions
– with a floor space of less than 100 m²
– with a height of no more than 4.00 m
no planning documents need to be submitted.
Subject to approval:
Exhibition stands with a floor space greater than 100 m², exhibition stands in the outdoor area, temporary structures, mobile stands, special structures and special constructions are subject to approval, acceptance and costs. Any costs incurred will be charged to the exhibitor/stand builder.
Special constructions include, among other things:
– Stand structures and exhibits over 4 m in height
– Closed ceilings
– Platforms and stages higher than 0.20 m
– Glass structures
– Moving components
– Ceiling-floor connections
Vehicles and containers are subject to approval as exhibition stands in the halls and on the open-air grounds.
Please apply for stand approval by 9 February 2026 at the latest to Messe Frankfurt: www.messefrankfurt.com/standgenehmigung

Müllentsorgung – Standreinigung / Waste disposal – Booth cleaning
Deadline: 09.03.2026Wichtig! Für die Müllentsorgung während der Messe ist jeder Stand selbst verantwortlich.
Beachten Sie dabei bitte zwei Bereiche:
- Den Abfall während der Auf- und Abbauphase
- Den Müll, der an den Messetagen während des Messebetriebs entsteht
- Auf-/Abbauphase
Wir möchten hier alle Aussteller, aber insbesondere Aussteller mit einem externen Messebauer, darauf hinweisen, dass Sie eine offizielle Abfallentsorgung für Ihren Stand benötigen. Diese ist im Ausstellershop buchbar.
Die Messe Frankfurt ist hier sehr genau und kontrolliert. Regelmäßig gehen Mitarbeitende der Messe durch die Halle und kontrollieren den anfallenden Müll auf den Ständen. Dieser wird mit der gebuchten Müllentsorgung abgeglichen.
Zusätzlich werden Fotos zu Dokumentationszwecken gemacht. Jeglicher Müll, der zuvor nicht für die Entsorgung angemeldet wurde, und liegen gelassen wird, wird zwar entsorgt, aber mit einem deutlichen Aufpreis berechnet. Dies werden wir Ihnen im Nachgang zur Messe mit weiteren Bearbeitungsgebühren in Rechnung stellen müssen.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen hier daher unbedingt, im Vorfeld Ihre Abfallentsorgung im Ausstellershop zu buchen!2. Tages-Müll im Messebetrieb
Für den Müll, der während des Messebetriebs auf Ihrem Stand anfällt, können Sie die Entsorgung zusammen mit der Standreinigung im Ausstellershop buchen.
Für Ihre Standreinigung können Sie zwischen verschiedenen Varianten wählen. Die Entsorgung des Mülls ist hier dann bis 0,5 m³ inklusive.
Bitte beachten Sie zudem: Es findet von unserer Seite aus keine Reinigung der Stände vor Messestart oder an den Messetagen statt!
Unser Tipp: Bestellen Sie die Grundreinigung + die tägliche Reinigung direkt zusammen im Shop für Ausstellerservices.

Important! Each booth is responsible for its own waste disposal during the fair.
Please pay attention to two topics:
a) Waste during the set-up and dismantling phase
b) Waste generated on the days of the fair during operation
a) Set-up/dismantling phase
We would like to point out to all exhibitors, but especially exhibitors with an external booth constructor, that you need an official waste disposal service for your booth. This can be booked in the Exhibitor Shop.
Messe Frankfurt is very strict and controlled in this respect. Messe Frankfurt employees regularly walk through the hall and check the waste produced on the booths. This is compared with the booked waste disposal.
Photos are also taken for documentation purposes. Any waste that has not been registered for disposal in advance and is left lying around will be disposed of, but will be subject to a significant surcharge. We will have to charge you for this after the trade fair with additional processing fees.
We therefore strongly recommend that you book your waste disposal in the Exhibitor Shop in advance!
b) Daily waste during the trade fair
You can book waste disposal together with booth cleaning in the Exhibitor Shop for the waste that accumulates on your booth during the trade fair.
You can choose between different options for cleaning your booth. Waste disposal is then included up to 0,5 m³.
Please also note: We do not clean the booths before the start of the fair or on the days of the fair!
Our tip: Order basic cleaning + daily cleaning directly together in the Shop for Exhibitor Services.

Darüber hinaus sind Sie aber auch frei in der Wahl Ihres Caterers, gerne können Sie einen eigenen Caterer für Ihr Stand-Catering beauftragen.

Separates Aussteller-Catering wird es nicht geben.
Sie haben die Möglichkeit, sich von den Caterern etwas an den Stand liefern zu lassen.
Zudem gibt es in Halle 3 ein Restaurant, einen Snackpoint, und im Außenbereich verschiedene Food-Trucks, die über den Tag verteilt verschiedene Essensangebote bereit halten.

Standbedruckung/ Booth printing
Deadline: 23.02.2026Sie haben die Möglichkeit, im Aussteller-Shop der Messe-Frankfurt, die Bedruckung Ihrer Rück- bzw. Seitenwände zu bestellen, oder aber auf die Bedruckung von bspw. Countern zu beauftragen.

Bitte wenden Sie sich bei allen Fragen zur Standbedruckung ausschließlich an das Team von Fairconstruction : ausstattung@messefrankfurt.com
Die Kollegen helfen Ihnen hier gern und kompetent weiter.
Es ist zwingend notwendig, dass Sie sich bei Beauftragung an das Druckdatenblatt (im Shop zu finden) halten.

You can find this in the shop under Stand Equipment -> Wall Systems -> Graphics.

Wir bieten Ihnen gern an, einen Besprechungsraum stundenweise oder für den ganzen Tag zu mieten.

Wichtig: der Besprechungsraum muss von Ihnen bitte zwingend wieder so verlassen werden, wie er vorgefunden wurde.
