Entry permit during set-up and dismantling

• Access to the exhibition grounds during the set-up and dismantling periods is only possible via the Check-In at the North Gate of Messe Frankfurt.
• You will receive your access authorisation for the exhibition grounds at the check-in.
• Without prior registration, there may be waiting times.

 

Vehicles registered in advance can be processed more quickly.

 

We ask all exhibitors, stand construction companies and freight forwarders to register online in advance.

• You will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail via the online portal, please have this ready!

Take the registration confirmation to the designated check-in area. Please follow the signs from the motorway exit Tor Nord/address for your navigation device: Katharinenkreisel.

Special regulation for dismantling on 03.04.2025:

No entry permit/registration is required for dismantling on 3 April.

You can enter here at the North Gate from 4.00 pm.
